Operational Performance
Achieving the Government’s Goals
Our commitment to delivering safe, reliable and sustainable services to the community is at the core of everything we do. Our outcome-based framework uses a Program Management approach to deliver six services aligned to the State Government’s Goals. The identification of actions delivered through these services are influenced and driven by the four areas of focus identified in our strategic direction Keeping WA Moving.
This table shows how our services and outcomes are aligned to Government Goals and influenced by our strategic areas of focus.
