	Steve Troughton Managing Director BEng (Hons), MBA Steve’s experience in managing businesses across the world and extensive technical expertise in major infrastructure and property has been invaluable in his first 18 months as Managing Director. His fresh and practical approach to project delivery and management promises a productive year ahead.
	Iain Cameron Executive Director, Office of Road Safety BEd, DipEd, GDHlthProm, MPH, GAICD Length of service: 14 years Iain has cultivated a unique and diverse skill set through years of experience in education and public health. These have proven vital to his successful provision of exemplary policy and strategy advice to achieve improved coordination and community awareness of road safety in Western Australia.
	Leo Coci Executive Director, Infrastructure Delivery BEng (Hon), MBA Length of Service: 36 years Leo oversees the procurement of high value and complex road and bridge infrastructure to deliver some of our largest projects. He effectively manages project development and delivery in collaboration with stakeholders and industry participants.
	John Erceg Executive Director, Regional Services BEng (Civil) Length of Service – 31 years John’s extensive experience in engineering and management enforces his leadership of road asset management, network operation and maintenance and capital delivery to our nine regional offices throughout Western Australia.
	Doug Morgan Executive Director, Planning and Technical Services BEng (Electrical), MBA Length of service: 26 years Doug is responsible for managing Main Roads contribution to sustainable, integrated transport through engineering, environmental and asset management. His expertise in both business and engineering underpins his directorate’s multifaceted approach to planning and development of services that support the organisation.
	John Taya Executive Director, Organisational Development BCom, MIR Length of Service: 38 years John’s involvement in a number of national advisory councils and taskforces gives him a rich insight into the complexities and effective management of human resource and capital management as well as Cultural Corporate Governance, Innovation and internal communication.
	Des Snook Executive Director, Road Network Services BEng (Civil) Length of Service: 35 years Des is responsible for key areas throughout Main Roads that provide high level strategic and operational service in Traffic Management, Road Safety (including Road Safety funding programs) and customer services. His extensive knowledge of the road network is a great asset in his management of the Metropolitan Region and Main Roads response to Traffic Congestion.
	Peter Woronzow Executive Director, Finance and Commercial Services BA (Economics), GDPSM, CPA Length of service: 34 years Peter’s extensive experience in accounting and management provides strong, strategic leadership in managing financial, corporate and commercial solutions that support achieving Main Roads’ outcomes. As chair of the Business Improvement and Budget Committees, Peter is involved in ensuring the sustained prosperity of the organisation.
